Opetation GQ day 1859

Walking day in Paris. I spent most of the day analyzing Parisians. It’s amazing how most of them are able to maintain a healthy weight. A lot of it is due to hormones, steroids, and GMOs being banned from Europe as well as them constantly walking all day long.

Americans preach the importance of nutrition the most, yet they are by far the country with the highest obesity rate on earth! Hopefully, that will change one day. Life is too short and too precious to suffer at an early age due to neglecting something we can control!

A real rest day! No walking around Paris. Just relaxed with the family. I had a chance to visit the Asian supermarket this morning and I was shocked!

The chickens here are tiny. Fruits and vegetables as well. Everything is very expensive! Also, Asians of our parents’ generation speak French perfectly! No accent at all unlike most parents in the U.S. and Canada.

Tomorrow will be a big day as I will be exploring the city! Can’t wait!

3K Run tonight around La Queue-en-Brie, which is a commune located 30 min outside of Paris. I came to visit my annoying little cousin Audrey Noisette!

Back and Abs this morning. This has been the highlight of my trip to London so far. Seeing the Emirates Stadium was a memorable experience! I can’t imagine attending a live game. And this is why I travel!

Arms and Abs at my hotel’s gym followed by a very nice relaxing session at the pool. Being alone in London is interesting! It is nowhere near as fun as if my girl would have been here, but it’s also a good way to spend some quality time alone.

Personally, I cannot surround myself with a lot of friends on a weekly basis type. Why? I am someone who’s always on time and always on the go. Being around people who wake up late or unreliable folks will just annoy me.

I can’t be around lazy and stupid people either. That’s a major no! I find it 10 times more productive to spend some alone time on another continent rather than spending a week to “chill” and get absolutely nothing done.

Some love that. Some don’t care. And some will share my point of view. But at the end of the day, it’s simply better to be alone than in bad company. Having a crew just to look popular isn’t impressive. Being able to lead one to greatness is. Being able to success as an individual is even greater!

5K Run to return a Redbox movie. The key to long-term success is to love what you’re doing. Without passion, short-term achievements will most likely be the end result. To grow passion, it’s all within you and the people you surround yourself with.

Bogotá isn’t just meant to be! Second time in 2 years now where everything is booked, and I don’t end up going! We were looking forward to go to Paloquemao market today, but instead… ended up at Marché Jean-Talon tonight. It is what it is!
