Labor day means no work, no gym, and no running today. And tonight… Bourdain in Thailand! I want to be like him! But add eating healthier, run and train in gyms around the world. I will do my very best to make it possible!

On another note, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! 10th consecutive month of running 100K+ each month! And I am DONE!
This will be my last month. It is extremely tiring and demanding time and energy wise, but I am extremely glad that I took on this challenge. It was fun while it lasted! Total distance: 1248.68 km, which is almost the equivalent of running from Montreal to Raleigh, North Carolina lol.
Next challenge: Put my Canadian passport to use and run around the world starting next month! ✈️🇯🇵🇰🇷🇩🇪🇨🇳🇺🇸🇫🇷🇪🇸🇮🇹🇷🇺🇬🇧💏
Rest day. Check out one of my nutritionist’s clients. 90 days of eating healthy, training, and no supplements! Not bad eh? I’ve used supplements before (Nutritshop), and yes you definitely get stronger and get faster results, but yet I will never use supplements again.
Going natural is the way to go! Short-term wise, it will never beat using supplements, but long-term wise, it will without a single doubt! Besides for health reasons, it will save you tons of money!

Chest and Back this morning. I am quite behind my 100K+ challenge (36.5K to run still)! I have one day off for the rest of the month, which is on Sunday the 31st, meaning it’s the only day that I can 21K, meaning that I have to run 15.5K this upcoming week so that I can meet my goal!
