Very busy week at work. I am so glad that it’s finally Friday. I had to be at work at 7am this morning, and had already went to sleep late the night before. In this case, listening to my body is a must, so no gym tonight!

LACK OF SLEEP can be HORRIBLE for you! And here are 10 reasons why:

1. Sleepiness Causes Accidents.
2. Sleep Loss Dumbs You Down.
3. Sleep Deprivation Can Lead to Serious Health Problems.
4. Lack of Sleep Kills Sex Drive.
5. Sleepiness Is Depressing.

5K Run at the Al Lopez Park tonight. Running can be either very painful and boring, or very fun! Right now, it’s halfway fun! 99 days left until the 21K Marathon!
