Operation GQ day 1949

Another day, another 5K! I came a very very very long way to get into the shape that I am in today. I could have given up many times, but I chose to #nevergiveup. Before eating healthy and training hard, you got to have the right attitude towards your fitness goals.

If you’re failing and constantly quitting, then there is a reason to it. Seek help from people who have the right experience and qualifications to help you achieve your goals! You got to let your pride aside to get help, but yet you got to have enough pride to not quit!
