Operation GQ day 1974

Awesome leg workout this morning! My nutritionist has recommended to eat this protein bar right after my training. This one is quite different than the usual ones out there.

It’s made from great ingredients such soy protein isolate, chia seeds, date & apple juice, raisin paste and dehydrated fruits. It definitely doesn’t have that chemical taste that many protein bars have and it’s a great way to fuel body fast if time is ticking!
