5K #SundayRunday done! It’s easy to talk about it. I see and hear it on a weekly basis. To me, it’s all about priority. If taking care of your health isn’t a top one, then forget about it. If it is, then your chances of quitting or giving up will decrease as it will become a daily habit and turn into a lifestyle. And once that sets in, it’s pure pleasure to train!
We all make choices in life. I’ve made mine and there is no turning back. My advice: Don’t wait for a doctor to tell you that you need to start taking care of your health. That’s a major error that many people do. Be proactive and try to start as soon as possible! Life is much better in a healthier mind and body.
