Operation GQ day 2410
I used to barely last 5 min when I tried to 🏃🏻. Knee hurts? Back hurts? Feet hurts? Ran out of breath? Name the pain, I went through it. The difference with me and a shit load of people in this world is that I don’t let that shit be my excuse to fail and quit.
People want you to be humble to make themselves feel better. But as Muhammad Ali once said: “At home I am a nice guy: but I don’t want the world to know. Humble people, I’ve found, don’t get very far.” Kobe, LeBron, Jordan, Ali, Mayweather and the list goes on all had the attitude of a champion… And in my books, that’s what you need to succeed in whatever you’re engaging yourself into in life. You can’t just fail and be content with yourself.
People ask me every single week: What do you eat? What do you do at the gym? What’s your secret? It’s my attitude that’s different. Anyone can tell you to workout and eat healthy, it’s how you manage yourself and your character that will make you or break you! #NEVERGIVEUP
