Operation GQ day 2559
Gym after work tonight. I’ve been eating this for breakfast lately: Plain oatmeal with this organic unsweetened apple sauce, my freshly made green detox juice (green apple, spinach, cucumber, lemon, celery, kale, fresh ginger and mint) and a protein (cheese or boiled egg). It keeps me full until lunch, but I do eat small healthy snack in between.
Starting the day with a well-balanced meal makes a day and night difference by the end of the day. Even for lunch, rather than feeling like you’re starving to death, you’re just hungry enough to eat another balanced meal.
When your body goes into starvation mode, that’s when you start making poor decisions food wise. That’s also when most people eat a lot more than the recommended portions. Hence that’s how weight is gained little by little. Moral of the story: Always eat a well-balanced breakfast! ALWAYS!
