Operation GQ day 2924

Last time I ran a 5K was exactly 30 days ago. I had one goal today: Run without stopping once. The first 3Ks were brutal, but last 2 were back where I left off. Fall is THE BEST SEASON for running. I feel amazing right now! #nevergiveup

Operation GQ day 2923

I trained at my work’s gym for a change today. September 29 marks my 8th year anniversary of Operation GQ! I have learned, evolved, made mistakes, grown, failed, but one thing that remained the same… it is to #NEVERGIVEUP Off to year 9 I go!
