Full body training today. Very basic gym at my Airbnb, but it was good enough to do a great sesssion. To exercise, Rio de Janeiro beats SĆ£o Paulo by a million mile. To eat, SĆ£o Paulo is 10 times better than Rio. Same country, but two completely different worlds. Yet I recommend to visit both without a doubt. šŸ‡§šŸ‡·

8K Run this morning. I have started using the Runkeeper app when I started to take running a lot more seriously, which was in 2014. I ran 3268km since then, which is the equivalent of 77 full 42K marathons! I am not running or competing against anyone. The goal is so stay healthy, consistent and #nevergiveup. Nothing less, nothing more.

One thing I have mastered over the years is to know when to take a rest. Listen to your body. There is always tomorrow. I didn’t last this long by trying to be a beast 24/7, but by knowing when to step out and get proper rest. Train smart, avoid injuries, and seek consistency.
