Operation GQ day 3144

2.51K Run and gym after work. The greatest challenge of training for this upcoming 21K Run is to be able to my runs and not neglect weight training. It’s very easy to start focusing on one and start giving less importance to one. I came up with a compromise. On running days, 5K and up, no gym. On gym days with heavy lifting, no running. On a day like today, 2.5K to warm up and light weights.
