Operation GQ day 3156

Much needed rest day. My 18 week training program for the 21K Run is going much better this week. Week 1 goal: 20K – Actual: 15K. Week 2 goal: 21K – Actual: 21K. Tomorrow will be the start of week 3. Goal is 26K. I can feel a huge difference already. I am slowly getting back the level of running endurance I once had and I absolutely LOVE IT! #nevergiveup
