Operation GQ day 3258

3K Run, running drills and gym today. When time is very limited, one easy to make protein is chicken + salt in the oven. However there is a method to it to make it very crispy, juicy and tasty.

Step 1: Rub the chicken with salt and let it marinate overnight.

Step 2: Set the oven to 400 degrees.

Step 3: Spray aluminum with cooking spray.

Step 4: Cook 40-45 minutes with the skin side up first. Turn after about 25 minutes.

Step 5: Remove from oven and let it cool down on a cooling tack.

DO NOT OVERLOAD THE TRAY!

Trained my back today. This heat wave is annoying. It feels like we’re in Florida right now! I am ready for snow. Little do you know it will be Christmas already šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø Time goes by way too fast.

One of those days where I had zero time to train during or after work. Solution? Wake up at 6am and go train around the headquarters. 1.5K Run to warm up and running / jumping drills. Had a team lunch today. Skipped the fries and ate a veggie burger. It was delicious!

It felt like I had an affair with the bench pression station today šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø Heavy weights, low reps. Lower weights, higher reps. Middle weights, reps until failure. Then burn off with push-ups. A whole hour of it non-stop! And for tonight’s meal… this quinoa salad with these ground chicken meatballs. It’s not a science to see results: You eat healthy. You train hard. You sleep 8 hours. You hydrate yourself. You take rest days. You repeat this cycle. And most of all, you #nevergiveup šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļøāœŠšŸæ
