Operation GQ DAY 3500

It’s only the 500th week today since I began Operation GQ, but who’s keeping track anyways šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø I am still running, still lifting, still eating healthy and still feel good every day. I am the living proof that good things can happen when you #nevergiveup. I am not trying to be an inspiration to anyone, not trying to be famous, or any of that… I document this for myself only. I don’t care if I have no followers. I don’t care if you don’t care. At the end of the day, the only person that you should prove something to is yourself. And I proved to myself that I lived up to what to my set goals 500 weeks ago, which is to make this journey long term.

Up at 5am. At work at 6am. Off work at 4pm. Home at 5pm. Cook/eat at 6pm. HR work at 7pm. Run at 9pm. Home at 9:45pm. I was told many times that I wouldn’t be able to find time to work out the day I have kids… Well that’s you! Your story isn’t mine and mine isn’t yours. I get shit done. 5K Run this morning. Typical meal I eat at work. I always try to use the 50 / 25 / 25 rule when prepping my meals. 50% veggies / 25% carbs / 25% protein. I try to eat out with co-workers maybe 1-3 times a month at the most. Only way to maintain a healthy weight šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø It’s very easy to gain weight left and right when you have an office job.
