  2. Congratulations you have done so well. I am also on a new program after having open heart surgery. So far 20 lbs off and staying off.

  3. Did you have a problem with sweets, snacking, or alcohol? Those are my biggest vices! I exercise (not as much as a I should), and I eat healthy for my meals, but it’s so hard to resist a cookie left out at work, a handful of mixed nuts when I get home, or a glass of wine with dinner.

    Way to go! Very motivating! Gotten a little out of shape and up some on my weight, but this has given me the extra push I need to start back.

    my biggest thing is drinks. i like water with lemon but get tired of it very fast any suggestions??
