Gym during my lunch time. I swear… this meal looks very simple, but it was beyond delicious! Cooking at home is a lifestyle… and so does eating out. Since I hardly travel nowadays, I eat at homemade meals 95% of the time 🤷🏻‍♂️ The money saved vs eating out is ridiculous.

Full body training at the gym today. I need to increase my weekly running distance to at least 15K. It’s been 5-10K for almost all of 2018. Easy to say, much harder to do. But it has to be done… 🤷🏻‍♂️🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏾‍♂️

Rest day. One of things I have done a lot in 2018 is cut my alcohol intake. I hardly ever drink nowadays. It helps a whole lot in your training performance. Drinking once a month is plenty for me now 🤷🏻‍♂️👴🏼
