Arms today. Packed some summer rolls stuffed with tons of veggies, protein, and fresh herbs for lunch at work. My co-workers tried to get a bite, but I ain’t sharing nada! lol

Chest today. I have a few other priorities in life before starting the process of having my own family. I just don’t get why so many people are rushing to have kids nowadays. It’s almost like a social thing to do rather than realizing that you’re about to enter a lifetime commitment.

Awesome 5pm training today. It’s an amazing feeling to go from overweight to healthy and best of all… REMAIN healthy! I am very proud to still be standing strong today and that I have never given up once the last 283 weeks.

5K Run this morning. I love the gym, but in my opinion… this is IT for me. Running outdoors is just an amazing feeling each time. It makes me feel as alive as it gets!

Arms this morning. Came home very late from work. I could tell that my girl was dead tired from studying all day and all night. I was as well. Yet… Had to make our lunches for tomorrow. When it becomes a priority to eat healthy, then you’ll find a way. If not, you’ll find excuses.

Awesome leg workout this morning! My nutritionist has recommended to eat this protein bar right after my training. This one is quite different than the usual ones out there.

It’s made from great ingredients such soy protein isolate, chia seeds, date & apple juice, raisin paste and dehydrated fruits. It definitely doesn’t have that chemical taste that many protein bars have and it’s a great way to fuel body fast if time is ticking!
