Crazy intense training at the gym after work. The sweat was real!!! Planning a 12K Run tomorrow morning right before Real Madrid vs Liverpool game. 8K Run after work today. This week’s goal is 26K. 18K to go! It’s very hard to run after work. I am sitting most of the day and my brain is fried by the time I leave. The tank was on E! That’s when the #nevergiveup kicks in. Easy to quit and walk away… Just no reward in doing so.

Full body training this morning at the gym. One of the most simple meals to make, yet so tasty. Chicken meatballs with pumpkin seeds pesto! All you need is a blender and this is can be done within 10 min. Meatballs are easy to make as well, just make sure to not overcook them!

Much needed rest day. My 18 week training program for the 21K Run is going much better this week. Week 1 goal: 20K – Actual: 15K. Week 2 goal: 21K – Actual: 21K. Tomorrow will be the start of week 3. Goal is 26K. I can feel a huge difference already. I am slowly getting back the level of running endurance I once had and I absolutely LOVE IT! #nevergiveup

I was planning to run a max of 7K today, but then followed that bottom left sign that says: “LA ROUTE VERTE (The Green Route)” and to my very pleasant surprise, I found a new amazing running route! Little do you know I ended up running 10K instead šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø

6K Run after work. Then hit the gym. And then made this mackerel in the oven. It’s Thursday and tomorrow is FRIDAY! Long weekend ahead! #statholiday
